Radio cab service providers MERU has partnered into alliance with French Taxi service providers ecab, an subsidiary of G7 taxi.under this partnership MERU Customers can use the Taxi services on their International Travels to Countries like France, Belgium, Canada, Ireland and many more.Similarly ecab app users will be able to avail the services of MERU cabs when thry visit India.
This partnership will increase the reach of our five million customer, a large chunk of which is mobile, to use the services of eCab in the countries where it is operating,” Meru Cab Chief Operating Officer Prem Kalliath said.

Laurent Confirmed that initially ecab users will only be able to use MERU services only at six Cities of India,and by the end of this year the serivces will expand to all 23 cities in which MERU operates. Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai Bangalore, Pune and Hyderabad will be the initial six cities where the ecab customers can avail the MEru services using the G7 app.
Established in 2007, Meru is serving 23 cities here with a fleet size of 20,000 taxis while eCab, incubated by Taxis G7, has a fleet of 13000 affiliated taxis Taxis G7 had launched their first smartphone app in 2008.
