Ramdev baba launches Patanjali Atta Noodles:Our well Known person guru Ramdev Baba is famous for Yoga, and also known for making Ayurvedic products, Now recently he has set his sight on noodles business.The owner of the Patanjali Group announced launch of the new product ‘Atta noodles’ in Uttarakhand on Thursday.

He said that as the name suggests the noodles will be made of Atta and would not have any content of wheat floor (maida).Patanajali Ayurved, the FMCG venture promoted by yoga guru Baba Ramdev, today launched noodles aiming to take on Nestle’s Maggi which has returned to the market after a 5-month ban.

patanjali noodles has been launched Nationally with a Tag line, “Jhat pat pakao, aur befikr khao”, the yoga guru claimed it will have ‘no added MSG and lead’.Jali Ayurveda will launch its instant noodles next week at a price of Rs 15Ramdev Baba promoted FMCG venture, Patanjali Ayurved launched noodles on Monday to give cutting-edge competition to Nestle Maggi. Nestle Maggi which was banned for around 5 months has made a re-entry into the market last week.

“Our noodles will be available at Rs 15, whereas other used to sell it for Rs 25 and its taste-maker will be a health maker”.He also said that in the next one year, Patanjali Ayurved is planning to set up manufacturing plants in the NCR, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh. However, no details pertaining to the investment have been revealed.He further said, “Patanjali noodles will use rice-bran oil and not cheap and inferior palm oil as used by others.”

Ramdev told to reporters, “By the end of December, our noodles will hit one million stores. We are ramping our production capacity,” but he did ot specify investment details for setting up new plants. Patanjali has priced its ‘Atta Noodles’ of 70g pack at Rs 15, claiming it to be cheaper from competitors. “It is Rs 10 cheaper from our rivals noodles, which are selling atta noodles at Rs 25,”

They are also planning to launch “We will launch baby care under ‘Shishu Care’ brand, beauty care products under ‘Saundrya’ brand, health supplement powder under ‘Power Vita’ brand by the end of December. We will also enter into textiles category under ‘Vastram’ brand”.
